Description

Visually impaired people find difficulties detecting obstacles in front of them, during walking in the street, which makes it dangerous. The smart stick comes as a proposed solution to enable them to identify the world around them.  The sensor is placed at the bottom of the stick for the sake of avoiding puddles. Buzzer warning ON when any obstacle is detected.  This proposed system uses the  Arduino Uno.  The stick is capable of detecting all obstacles in the range of the ultrasonic sensor. The smart stick is of low cost, fast response, low power consumption, lightweight, and ability to fold.

This project presents the smart walking stick based on ultrasonic sensors and Arduino for visually impaired people. There are approximately 37 million people across the globe who are blind according to the World Health Organization. People with visual disabilities are often dependent on external assistance which can be provided by humans, trained dogs, or special electronic devices as support systems for decision making. Thus, we were motivated to develop a smart blind to overcome these limitations. We accomplished this goal by adding ultrasonic sensors at specific positions to the stick that provided information about the environment to the user by activating the buzzer sound. We proposed a low-cost and lightweight system designed with a microcontroller that processes signals and alerts the visually impaired person over any obstacle through beeping sounds. The system consists of obstacle detection sensors for receiving, processing, and sending signals to the alarm system which finally alerts the user for prompt action. The system was designed, programmed using Arduino IDE.

Note

Advance informative blind stick is the project of last year’s engineering project, BE final year engineering project. This project is used for BE last year electronics students is use. This project is ultra-sonic sensor based project. This project is electronics electrical project.

Advance informative blind stick is the project of a good Price for the electronics. Electrical projects,. It is a very comparative engineering project. It is a very good BE final year and diploma project.it is project for arduino based project idea for the electronics projects is a Bluetooth based project.

The engineering projects give in the ELECTROSAL HI- TECH PVT.LTD. The best place for the degree and diploma final year engineering projects as well as for electronics students’ final year for the golden opportunity. This project is android based projects

Advance informative blind stick is an easy project and idea for the electronics electrical based degree and diploma base students & 100% output is done.
