ADVANCE GREEN HOUSE WITHOUT MICROCONTROLLER
This project is designed to monitor the green house using Comparator IC. Various sensors are used to monitor the system. The sensors used are Rain sensor, Soil moisture sensor, LDR, wired security sensor, water level indicator, IR sensor. When the soil of the green house becomes dry the pump will turn on through which the water is let into the soil and the soil regains its moisture. While supplying the water to the dry soil the water level in tank will be reducing simultaneously which will be indicated by the LED’s.
So when the water level reduces below the threshold level the pump will off automatically to avoid dry run.
ARDUINO BASED TACHOMETER
The main objective of this project is to avoid physical contact between the motor shaft and tachometer by using a non-contact tachometer in order to make it convinient, while measuring the speed of aBLDC motor. Also using standard contact type tachometer may not feasible in some applications.
FACE DETECTION BASED LOCKING SYSTEM USING RASPBERRY PI CAMERA FOR HIGH ALERT SECURITY
The project deals with the design and implementation of secure locking automation using Raspberry Pi Bio-metrics refers to metrics related to human characteristics. Face recognition system is widely used for human identification due to its capability to measure and subsequently identifies human identification especially for security purposes. Bio-metrics authentication (or realistic authentication) is used in computer science as a form of identification and access control. It is also used to identify individuals in groups that are under surveillance. Open CV/ Python library is formulated as given images of a scene identify or verify one or more persons in the scene using a stored database of faces. Thus, the images are extracted and allowed to match with the database images. If the images are matched, the door opens automatically.
LINE FOLLOWING ROBOTIC VEHICLE
The project is designed to develop a robotic vehicle that follows a specific path. This project doesn’t require a microcontroller for its operation. A pair of photo sensors comprising IR transmitter and photo diode is used to detect the specified path for its movement.
OPTIMUM ENERGY MANAGEMENT BASED ON COUNTER, LIGHT INTENSITY & TEMPERATURE SENSOR
The project is designed for optimum energy management based on counter, light intensity and temperature sensor. The system also counts the number of persons entering and leaving the room and displays that information on LCD display. Depending on person’s entry as well as exiting condition the room appliances will play their role. The ultimate objective of this system is to save the energy as well as to design automatic room light controller by turning off all the appliances when nobody is there in the home.
SPEED CHECKER TO DETECT RASH DRIVING ON HIGHWAYS
The aim of this project is to develop a device to detect rash driving on highways and to alert the traffic authorities in case of any speed violation. Accidents due to rash driving on highways are on the rise and people are losing their lives because of others mistakes. In the present system, to detect rash driving the police has to use a handheld radar gun and aim at the vehicle to record its speed. If the speed of the vehicle exceeds the speed limit, nearest police station is informed to stop the speeding vehicle. This is an ineffective process as after detecting one has to inform the same and a lot of time is wasted.
