In this project, we are varying the speed of the DC motor (BLDC motor) by GSM sim 800 for transmitting the message for variation of speed (increasing or decreasing) using the Arduino Uno microcontroller using embedded C-programming. In various industries, the DC motor is found very common as its properties are very found in industrial applications such as high efficiency, high torque ratio, reliability.it is hard to operate in industries as it requires high maintenance that’s why we are using gsm sim to vary its speed as it’s very profitable and we can operate from long distance.

In this project, we are varying the speed of the DC motor (BLDC motor) by GSM sim 800 for transmitting the message for variation of speed (increasing or decreasing) using the Arduino Uno microcontroller using embedded C-programming. In various industries, the DC motor is found very common as its properties are very found in industrial applications such as high efficiency, high torque ratio, reliability.it is hard to operate in industries as it requires high maintenance that’s why we are using gsm sim to vary its speed as it’s very profitable and we can operate from long distance.

The rapidly advancing mobile communication technology and the decrease in cost make it possible to implement GSM (Global System for Mobile communication) technology in electric drives such as motors. This project deals with the development of the DC motor’s speed and direction control using GSM. The speed of the motor is controlled through Arduino, such as the user sends the message of required rpm (revolution per minute) using mobile to Arduino through GSM then accordingly Arduino will  Once motor acquires the required to speed it gives acknowledgment to the user by sending a text message to users mobile. The GSM helps in achieving distant wireless control efficiently with minimal cost. The motor is interfaced to the Conveyor belt, the speed and direction of the conveyor belt also change as per the speed of the motor. Thus the desired speed which is texted by the user controls the motor remotely and instantaneously
