Description

ABSTRACT

In this proposed system, two zero crossing detectors are used for detecting zero crossing of voltage and current. The project is designed to minimize penalty for industrial units using automatic power factor correction unit. The CONTROLLER used in this project belongs to Arduino family. A GSM module is effectively interfaced to a ARDUINO board  . GSM is used to operate this system through  via SMS .The time lag between the zero-voltage pulse and zero-current pulse is duly generated by suitable operational amplifier circuits in comparator mode is fed to two interrupt pins of a controller. The program takes over to actuate appropriate number of relays from its output to bring shunt capacitors into load circuit to get the power factor till it reaches near unity. The capacitor bank and relays are interfaced to the controller using a relay driver. It displays time lag between the current and voltage on an LCD.

Note- add

APFC using arduino over GSM is the project of last year’s engineering projects, BE final year engineering project. This project is used for the BE last year’s   Electronics and Tele. Communication   department and electrical department students. This project is a Electronics project. This project is electronics and Tele. Communication department As well as electrical students.

APFC using arduino over GSM is the project of a good price for the engineering projects. It is a very comparative engineering project. It is a very good BE final year project. It is a project for arduino as well as gsm  based project.

The engineering projects give in the ELECTROSAL HI- TECH PVT.LTD. The best place for the degree final year engineering projects as well as for   Electronics and   electronics and Tele. Communication students’ final year for the golden opportunity.

APFC using arduino over GSM an easy project and idea for the   electrical and electronics and Tele . Communication base students and 100% output is done.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Arduino based project
  • The project is designed to minimize penalty for industrial units using automatic power factor correction unit.
